We feel that the Osage Vistas complex is the “best deal at the Lake”.

Our property is 23 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with over a mile of paved roads for excellent walking, running and panoramic views of the lake. The condo units range in size from about 1,250 to over 2,000 square feet. There are 258 units with a mixture of two and three bedrooms. The styles of the units are villas (each with a double garage), and one- two- and three-story buildings. Each condo unit at 85 La Jolla Drive has one designated covered parking space in the La Jolla carport. All of the other condos have surface parking spaces, some are designated and others are not.

Our POA is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the common area, the updating, repair and replacement of the common buildings, roads, landscaping etc. and the operation and maintenance of the marina area.


Whole Units

The operation and maintenance of each wholly owned unit is the responsibility of its owner. All furnishing are the property of the owner and therefore could and do vary.

All improvements or change to any unit needs approval from the Design Committee and/or the POA Board.

Marina Area

The boat and personal water craft slips are all leased to POA unit owners, except for 2 boat slips which are available for rental on a daily basis through the POA office.

Quarterly Maintenance Fees
